Return Process:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

• Ship the item back to us within 14 [calendar] days of delivery.

• Once received, we will inspect the item for eligibility.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Items must be unused, in the original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless there's a defect or error on our part.

Refund Options:

• Full Refund: If the item is eligible, we will process a full refund (including the original shipping cost).

• Partial Refund: If the item is returned in a used or damaged condition, we may issue a partial refund based on the item's condition.

Return Shipping:

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Exchanges:

• We do not currently offer exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order.

Cancellations:

• Contact us within 24 hours of purchase to request a cancellation.

Additional Information:

• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

• Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
